The Benefits of a Life Care Contract

Pennswood Village residents enjoy the benefit of a full Life Care Contract (Type A) which provides them with the highest level of service and health care among the four available CCRC contract types. In addition to including housing options, services and amenities, the most outstanding feature of the Type A contract is the availability of unlimited access to health care with no substantial increases in the resident's monthly payment other than the normal inflationary increases included in the monthly fee.
