Henry doesn’t give up easily. Determined to see his work published in the The New Yorker magazine, Henry sent 20 cartoons to the magazine every week. Four years later, his efforts paid off. They bought one. Within a short time he became a regular contributor to the magazine. “I got better at it,” he jokes. Henry moved to Pennswood with his wife Edie in 1998. “We foster the arts here,” he says. Pennswood’s diverse community is its attraction. And, convenient access to New York City by train, makes it easy for him to visit friends, see a Broadway show or go to an art museum.
